On June 12, Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. organized a seminar on the implementation scheme of the innovation demonstration project "Research and application of key technologies for high-end equipment spindle units and intelligent manufacturing systems", and the heads of the sub projects of Luoyang Kaiyuan Intelligent Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., Xi'an Jiaotong University and Henan University of Science and Technology attended the meeting.




At the meeting, the implementation background of the special project of transformation, upgrading and innovation of Henan provincial and municipal linkage "100 thousand" was introduced. The project carried out systematic research on design, precision machining and manufacturing, online monitoring and quality control (SPC) technology and other key functional components such as electric spindle and precision spindle bearing required by high-end equipment such as CNC machine tools, and developed high-performance CNC machine tool series spindle units and precision bearings based on intelligent requirements, It aims to enhance the core technical competitiveness of the enterprise's high-end machine tool electric spindle and precision bearing.






Jiang Wei, the person in charge of the specific implementation business department of Axis Research Institute, said that he would make every effort to ensure the implementation of the project and reverse the market situation of the company's motorized spindle products. The meeting required the Axis Research Institute to open up sourcing, use the talents and technical advantages of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Henan University of Science and Technology, the project participants, and adhere to the innovative development concept of "good products" and "good products" in view of the actual problems in enterprise research and development, implement the key core technology of the project to the products required by users, and effectively improve the core competitiveness of enterprise products.
