Founded in May 2003, Yuanda Bearing is now with more than 20 years’ history.
We have two subsidiary companies, i.e. Hefei Yuanda and Anhui Yuanda, with total registered capital of 90.73 million RMB and annual turnover over 50 million USD.
Hefei Yuanda, located in Hefei, the capital City of Anhui Province, is with occupied area of 12000㎡, construction area of 10000㎡, and 168 employees.
Anhui Yuanda, situated in Anqing City, in the south of Anhui Province, has a new and much larger manufacturing site with occupied area of 60000㎡, construction area of 51000㎡, and 160 employees.
Both companies are ISO9001 and IATF16949 certified, and have wide scope of manufacturing processes including forging, machining, heat-treatment, grinding and honing. In terms of heat-treatment, we have 12 advanced furnaces, able to anneal, normalize, quench and temper. Therefore, for many customers, we are able to provide "one-stop service" and help them to shorten their supply chains and improve supply chain efficiencies and quality management.
Our products have a very broad size range from 50 mm to 2000 mm in diameter or length. Over so many years, our products have been supplied to the most well-know bearing companies, such as SKF, Timken, Schaeffler, NSK and NTN, and to over 15 countries in Europe, North America, South America, South-east Asia, and North-east Asia.
The applications of our products go over to aviation, railway, wind power, automobile, mining, agriculture, and high-end equipment, etc.. All these altogether join to prove the quality stability and the technical capability of our products.
In addition to bearing rings, we manufacture automotive gears and shafts in high volume for OEM automitive customers, and also none-standard or tailer-made machecial parts in large or small volume/size depending on Customers' needs.
