The company owns two modern production bases, namely Hefei Yuanda Bearing Forging Co., Ltd. and Anhui Yuanda Bearing Technology Co., Ltd., with a combined registered capital of RMB 90.73 million. We currently have a workforce of 328 employees and cover a total land area of nearly 70,000 square meters.
Hefei Yuanda Bearing Forging Co., Ltd. is located in Hefei City, Anhui Province. Covering a land area of 18 mu (approximately 12,000 square meters) with a total construction area of 10,000 square meters and employing 170 staff members, the facility consists of main production workshops for forging, annealing, turning, heat treatment, grinding and mold parts processing.
Anhui Yuanda Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. is situated in Anqing City. Spanning a land area of 90 mu (approximately 60,000 square meters) with a total construction area of 51,000 square meters and a team of 160 employees, this base includes key production workshops for forging, annealing, turning, heat treatment, grinding and mold parts processing.
Yuanda is equipped with a comprehensive range of advanced equipment, including 15 forging lines, 2,500-ton hydraulic presses, hot die forging presses, electric screw presses, medium and large hot rolling machines, series-connected medium-frequency induction heating furnaces, intelligent forging controlled cooling equipment, Vokes natural gas heating furnaces, oxidation-free pusher-type annealing furnaces, normalizing and annealing furnaces, quenching and tempering furnaces, oxidation-free annular annealing furnaces, roller-type continuous salt bath quenching and tempering furnaces, vacuum quenching furnaces for tooling and molds, high-end horizontal and vertical CNC lathes (processing range: 50–2000 mm in outer diameter), large gantry CNC machining centers, high-efficiency cutting CNC machines, six-axis robots for forging and turning, automated machining lines, and ultra-precision grinding machines.
For quality inspection, we are furnished with high-precision metallographic microscopes, direct-reading spectrometers for chemical composition analysis, magnetic particle inspection equipment, full-size automatic ultrasonic flaw detectors, large high-precision grating length measuring instruments, Zeiss coordinate measuring machines, full-size automatic testing equipment, furnace temperature tracking systems and three-gas analyzers.
In terms of production capacity, Yuanda is capable of manufacturing various mechanical parts with outer diameters ranging from 50 mm to 2000 mm. Our annual production capacity reaches 70,000 tons of forgings, 25 million turned parts and 10,000 tons of quenched components.
Over the past 20 years and more, Yuanda has persisted in innovation, with steady improvements in business volume, product quality, technical strength and service level. In addition to the domestic market in China, our products are also exported in large volume to nearly 20 countries in:
- Europe;
- North and South America;
- Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia.
We are a long-term supplier to renowned international brands such as SKF, Timken, NSK, NTN and Schaeffler, as well as leading domestic enterprises including Chervon Automotive, Inovance, C&U Group, Tianma Bearing, Townson and CCVI.
